What if I don’t know the recipient’s email address?
If the gift certificate recipient does not have an email address, or you don’t know it, use your own email address as the "Recipient Email" when you create the gift certificate. When you receive the gift certificate number via email, you can then pass on the gift certificate number and URL to the recipient, either by forwarding the email to them or by printing the email and sending it to them. The Gift Certificate number is the only information the recipient needs in order to redeem their certificate.

Can I return a Gift Certificate after I have purchased one?
A Gift Certificate cannot be returned for credit on your credit card. It can only be returned for another Gift Certificate. Neither the buying customer nor the recipient customer can return the Gift Certificate for cash or credit.
